Welcome to the new look OKA website!

Recently there has been some changes made within Oklahoma Kayak Anglers! The most notable being the departure of Brent Wilson as a board member for OKA. Brent has been the foundation of this association since the beginning, without his dedication and service OKA wouldn't be what it is today. Thank you Brent for everything you have done for Oklahoma Kayak Anglers.

John Richman (incumbent) has won the OKA President position for 2019! He had no other opponents in the recent election...….On a serious note, the board members all voted in favor to keep John serving as the association president.

Avery Metcalf, Mike Ring, and Michael Galbraith are the most recent anglers to join as board members for the 2019 season.

Sponsors continue to jump on board as the last number counted is fifteen. Many more are showing interest and hopefully they will commit to sponsoring OKA's 2019 season.

As seen on our social media accounts, a teaser schedule has recently been posted! The 2019 Oklahoma Kayak Anglers Season will begin March 1, 2019 with our online tournament OKA ToadFest 2019 which runs until April 30, 2019. The 2019 Annual OKA Season Opener will take place March 23, 2019 at the beautiful and legendary Sardis Lake near Clayton Oklahoma. This will be the first time in the history of OKA that we have hosted a tournament at Sardis Lake. The remaining schedule is currently a work in progress and all locations will be set soon. So continue to keep your eyes on our social media accounts for all updates.
